Yellowtail: desired amount Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
Mirin: 1 tablespoon
Cooking sake: 1 tablespoon
Rich dashi and lotus root soup : 1 bag
Rice: 150g
Hot water: 100ml

【How to make】
1. Place the yellowtail in a plastic bag, add soy sauce, mirin, cooking sake, and lotus root soup stock, rub together, and leave in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
2. Place rice in a deep bowl, place the yellowtail on top, and then add your favorite condiments on top (condiments are not included in the recipe).
3. Dissolve the dashi soup base in the specified amount of hot water and pour it over step 2.
Just put the seasonings and yellowtail in a plastic bag and let it sit!
