Stocked meat and potatoes

[Ingredients (serves 4)]

Potatoes: 2 medium Carrots: 1 Onion: 1 Thread konnyaku: 150g
Minced pork: 200g

Soy sauce, mirin: 150g
Cooking sake: 100ml
Rich soup stock and lotus root soup : 2 bags Water: 200ml

【How to make】

1. Chop the potatoes and carrots into irregular chunks, the onion into wedges, and cut the konnyaku noodles and minced pork into bite-sized pieces, then place each item in the rice cooker pot in that order.

2. Mix soy sauce, mirin, cooking sake, water, and one packet of dashi soup base together and pour into the kiln.

3. Cook using normal cooking mode.

4. Once cooked, add the remaining packet of soup stock base and mix lightly until done.
