Before each month's delivery, we will check the shipment. You can adjust the amount to suit your needs, such as if you have extra rice this month and will be taking a break, if you have guests coming over and would like more sent, or if you would like the rice delivered directly to family or friends.

You only pay once when you sign the contract!

You pay the total amount in one lump sum when you place your order, so there's no monthly hassle.
*If there is an excess or shortage in shipping charges, etc., an adjustment will be made at the time of contract renewal.

Order to delivery process

01: After placing your order, payment will be received and your first shipment will be made.

Once you place your order, your first delivery will begin.

02: From the second order onwards, deliveries will be made at the customer's convenience

We will contact you before the 10th of each month to confirm the timing of your shipment from the second delivery onwards. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to skip a delivery, send more than one item, or change your delivery address.
